Suggestion of Manager´s Working Group Uniting Procedure

This thesis analyses problems related to the creation of the working team coupled with the process of it’s members‘ cohesion. The theoretical part of the work contains an introduction and explanation of basic concepts related to given issues. In particular, we look at the issue of the manager's personality, the theory of social Gross, work teams, styles of leadership and management teams. The last chapter contains general recommendations of basic skills in the approach of managers and management teams. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the investigation file, the analysis of the facto. The aim of the project is to design such a manager process strategy, which leads to team cohesion thereby increasing work efficiency.
Children´s Reflection on Totalitarianism in the Proses of Jáchym Topol

The master´s thesis deals with particularities of representation of incoming totality of year 1968 by a child focalizer in prose Noční práce (Night Work) and Kloktat dehet (Gargling with Tar) by Jáchym Topol. To fulfil the aim, an analysis of narration that focuses on construction of narrative methods and character typology is conducted and a thematic level of text is also studied in the above-mentioned texts. The aim of the thesis is, on the basis of analysis, to incorporate chosen texts into context of author´s work and to study "commitment" of his texts.
The Typology of Female Characters in George R. R. Martin's Series A Song of Ice and Fire

This thesis deals with the typology of Martin's characters, which, during their stories, undergo a development that significantly distinguish their character traits, which gives us the opportunity to categorize them into literary types. A consistent confrontation with biographical texts is necessary to understand the selection and character typing. A brief biography is mentioned in the first chapter. The basic principles on which these typologies are based on are presented in the second chapter. This bachelor thesis deals not solely with the main female characters of the saga, but specifically with those undergoing a crucial character development. Six of the most prominent female types were determined - a manipulative woman, a mother, a woman desiring the throne, a woman not following the standards, a mad woman, and a woman controlled by the fate. Each category has its own chapter devoted to it with a brief introduction to the issue and is represented by several characters corresponding to the given typology. It is also considered how the characters proceed in the same way or how they differ following the characteristics of the given type.
